Gear Chests are very common in theAssassin’s Creedfranchise since they usually contain items that players can use to their advantage during the playthrough. The Gear Chests inAssassin’s Creed Miragefeature outfits and weapons that offer unique perks in battle. When players get a weapon from the weapon group, another chest in that particular area might offer upgrade schematics for the item. Most territories have six Gear Chests, with three of them offering outfits and the others offering weapons.

How to Get the Upper Harbor Gear Chest
Reaching the chest behind all the shelves in the secret puzzle room might seem complicated, but in reality, it is a simple and short process. First, players should head to the ship at the Upper Harbor and clear it of any enemies just to be safe.
Once it has been done,head to the puzzleentrance door and push the first shelf to the end. Vault over to the right and face the first shelf again. Push it to the front again (now, in a different direction). After placing the first shelf on the extreme left, go to the second shelf, located on the right side of the room. Pull the shelf towards Basim (as far as it goes), which will open up a passage further in the back of the room.
Once the back-end passage has been opened up, go to the third shelf and pull it towards Basim. Go around the corner to reach the fourth and final shelf (the one blocking the Gear Chest) and pull it till the end. As this shelf is moved, players will discover that the pathway to the chest has opened up.
Chest Reward
Depending on whether the player has found the particular gear item in a chest already, the Gear Chest will award the player with the gear item or its upgrade schematic. Thus, the Gear Chest in the Upper Harborof Harbiyah will either containthe Zanj Uprising Outfit or the Zanj Uprising Outfit Upgrade Schematic.
