There are several differences between the first twoBaldur’s Gategames andBaldur’s Gate 3. The main difference is the turn based combat system. Still, there are numerous similarities that make the game familiar to fans of the series. One major similarity is that not all quests have equal rewards, and not all quests are easy for the party to obtain.

There are many quests with payouts much greater than the effort needed to complete them and vice-versa, but it’s a matter of role-playing and curiosity as to whether players choose to complete them or not. For players looking to get the most out of their adventuring experience, these are the best quests thatBaldur’s Gate 3has to offer.

He Who Was in Baldur’s Gate 3

Updated June 02, 2025, by Kristy Ambrose:The impact ofBaldur’s Gate 3is still reverberating throughout the gaming world, and the awards are rolling in as players are talking about possible DLCs and sequels. Larian Studios remains discreet about their future plans, and continue the patches and updates to add to as well as correct parts of the narrative and dialogue. Like the previous games, some quests can fail or be cut off by doing something that might seem unrelated at first, like speaking to certain NPCs or finishing companion or chain quests in a different order than originally intended. With that in mind, here’s how to make sure players can complete the best quests that the game has in store.

12Punish The Wicked

The player has to visit the Waning Moon in Reithwin Town to confront Thisobald Thorm anyway, and Punish The Wicked can be finished while partying with the overblown proprieter. The reward is well worth the small amount of trouble it is to bring the bar’s ledger back to He Who Waits. He gifts the player with a pair of gloves that can summon Quoth, a raven that can blind enemies.
