Within everyCall of Dutygame, includingModern Warfare, Infected usually shows up at some point during the game’s lifespan.Modern Warfarechanged the mode up slightly by adding a version to the massive Ground War maps, though this large-scale infected mode called Reinfected is now being populated by glitchers.

Warzoneplayers recently discovered an invincibility glitch, and it seems likeModern Warfareplayers have done the same within Reinfected. If players get the Quarst River Quarry map from the pool of Reinfected locations, they can easily glitch their way to easy nukes and can ruin the experience entirely for infected players. The glitch is extremely easy to get into, making it even more damaging to the Reinfected experience.

Sadly, this is not the only glitch found in Ground War recently, as fans discovered anout of bounds exploit inModern Warfareonly a few days back. The simplicity of this glitch makes it more frustrating, though, and its effectiveness only adds to the issue.Call of DutyYouTuber Bubs posted a video on the glitch, including how to get inside it. However, be advised that someone doing this glitch could open them up to being reported and banned from the game.

The video shows players crawling directly into the glitch, which is a rock that only appears to be solid on the outside. Once inside the glitch, only players on the inside can do damage. Their guns will be able to pierce through the buggy rock, able to gun down the infected players that are lining up and trying their best to kill the cheaters. The knives given to the infected cannot get through the rock, however, making their attempts useless. While not as bad as theWarzonesquad using aimbots on stream, the glitch is still frustrating.

With the Quarst River Quarry map essentially unplayable in Reinfected, hopefully Infinity Ward can put out a fix in the nextModern Warfareupdate. Until then, it would be best for players to leave the lobby when the map is selected. If stuck in a match, though, getting to the spot before players with guns and stopping them from entering the glitch could keep the game fun for everyone. Hopefully,Black Ops Cold War’s Combined Arms mode, essentially a small-scale version of Ground War, is less buggy.

With bothModern WarfareandWarzoneseeing many various cheats, glitches, and bugs, Infinity Ward needs to release some updates soon. If they do not, players will bestuck holding glitchy demon guns inModern Warfareand being killed by people hiding in boulders for the foreseeable future.
