The Sea Animal Digimon Zudomon can help in both of these areas, as not only is it a powerful Digimon in its own right, but it will also hand over a rare evolution item if players request an item from it rather than asking to become its friend.

Perfect Enlightenment Slabs allow players to Digivolve Champion Digimon into their Ultimate forms and are incredibly hard to come by inDigimon Survive. Players will occasionally find them in chests or get them from boss fights, but the most reliable way to obtain them is from Free Digimon like Zudomon. Before they can ask for one, however, players will first need to know the best responses to Zudomon’s questions.
How to Befriend Zudomon in Digimon Survive
Befriending a Digimon inDigimon Surviveis a fairly simple process and begins with players choosing the Talk option in battle and selecting the Digimon that they’d like to recruit from the list of foes on the right. They’ll then have to respond to three of its questions or statements, with their answers affecting the bar above the Digimon’s head. The best responses are worth two segments, with three or more needed for a chance to befriend the Digimon at the end of the conversation.
UnlikeGarudamonandIceLeomon, both of whom share the same set of questions and responses as Zudomon, the Sea Animal Digimon is fairly cautious and places a lot of stock in strength. That’s not to say that it’s an overly aggressive Digimon, but it definitely believes that might is right, so to speak. Players should use this information when answering its questions or can instead check the table below for the best Zudomon responses.

Where to Find Zudomon in Digimon Survive
Players will first encounter Zudomon in a shadow encounter in Part 6, with the Digimon beginning to show up in Free Battles in subsequent parts. It’s one of the more desirable Digimon for this stage of the game, not only because of its strength in battle, but also because, likeMagnaAngemon, Zudomon will always hand over a Perfect Enlightenment Slab when asked for an item.
