After obtaining thetwo halves of the Haligtree Medallionand completing the Evergaol inOrdina Liturgical Town, you will be able to teleport to the upper regions of the Haligtree. After defeating Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree, you can make your way to the Prayer Room Site of Grace, which is the closest grace to the weapon you seek.
From the grace, head down the main path, and you will come across a few exploding enemies that can deal a ton of damage. You can run past them if you want and head straight towards the area ahead. On your right will be an extension of the building that you can jump to and go down.
