Taking to Reddit, a user known as artist_requiem has shared concept art of a redesign for Kiriko. According to the Reddit user, they wanted to create a skin for the support character based on the Hashimoto clan. In the image, Kiriko’s face was hidden behind an intimidating yet striking black mask, while she wore dark-colored apparel. In addition, the character now had a number of tattoos. Beyond giving Kiriko a villainous makeover, the artist made new versions ofKiriko’s Healing Ofuda and Kunai. They even gave her fox spirit a new look, changing the typically blueish glow of the creature to more of a reddish hue.

The Hashimoto skin has gained over 1.9K upvotes, with many commenting about how they found the “evil Kiriko” look refreshing.
