According toa Lodestone post,FF14producer and director Naoki Yoshida stated the benchmark was scheduled to be updated on the week of May 23 but could not provide an exact date and time. Yoshida said that thanks to reports and feedback from players,the updatedDawntrailbenchmarkwill see changes to the environment of the character creator, and will address issues with character data.
Yoshida reiterated that the changes made to the benchmark will also be part ofDawntrailitself. With abusy slate of events ahead ofDawntrail, both the players and developers ofFinal Fantasy 14will have a busy end to the spring.
