The reboot ofCall of Duty: Modern Warfarehas given players plenty of content, and fans appreciate the stream of updates. While it is not surprising thatone of the most commercially successful games of the last yearhas received a great deal of support, many will be pleased to be getting fixes and new avenues of gameplay to explore yet again. The latest update to the game is large and will require 30Gb of hard drive space, but it also comes with plenty of new content.
TheCall of Dutyfranchise has managed to lead the first-person shooting genre through its engaging online and offline gameplay as well as its variety of battlegrounds. There is new content forModern Warfareand the free-to-playWarzonegame mode, which has been a success in the crowded battle royale genre. TheCall of Dutycommunity is always vocal about change, so it will be interesting to see what fans think of the new features.

There are a lot of updates but the key changesCall of Dury: Modern Warfareplayers will notice are the new game modes which will include Realism Moshpit with NVG, Reinfected Ground War, Core Ground War, Blueprint Gunfight, Aisle 9 Face Off Moshpit, and Hard Hat 24/7. There is also a new Endowment “Fearless” Pack and players can once again experience Special Operations but with hardened enemies who charge quicker or can only be killed by a headshot.
Warzonealso has plenty of new content, including new weapons in the Gulag that consist of 6 Assault Rifles and 4 SMG weapons. There are also 5 new blueprints and an additional legendary loot in the SKS. The newWarzoneplaylist now includes BR Solos, BR Trios, BR Quads, Blood Money Quads, and additional Most Wanted contracts are back.
There have been severalsuggestions for howModern Warfarecould be improvedand this update addresses many known issues. Issues with XP exploits in Hardpoint have been fixed and a great deal of weaponry has been tweaked to level the playing field. On top of this, a lot of bugs have been addressed such as the issue where “a player could become immune to the gas if they were bought back as the final circle was closing”.
Some players are still waiting forissues inModern Warfaresuch as quality drops to be resolved, but these new updates will please most fans who wanted new game modes and tweaks. It will be interesting to see if players get even more content soon or if this latest significant update is intended to last for some time.
