There are 47 trophies in the new version ofNieR Replicantfor players to hunt down, but one of the most challenging ones is Legendary Gardener. Whileplayers are sure to become shade-killing machinesduring their time with the game, less will develop a green thumb capable of cultivating the legendary flower without a little bit of guidance. In principle, getting the White Moonflower is simple, but in practice it ends up being a lot harder and more time consuming. Here’s everything that players will need to know in order to get the White Moonflower and complete the Legendary Gardner trophy/achievement.
For starters, players will want to make sure they’ve unlocked and upgraded the garden inNieR Replicant. This can be done in one of two ways. During the first part of the game, players can unlock the garden by completing the “Shopping List” quest and upgrade it by completing “A Return to Shopping.” Once in part two, players can instead purchase the Cultivator’s Handbook for 5000 gold to unlock and upgrade their garden.

NOTE: Some sources claim that specific flowers influence other ones, so this guide has been written with that in mind. Others say that it doesn’t matter what order the flowers are planted. To stay on the safe side, it’s best to follow the patterns below.
NieR Replicant - How to Get Peach Flowers (20%)
In order toget new types of seeds inNieR Replicant, players will need to crossbreed flowers. There are seven different types of moonflowers, but only three can be purchased outright. Buy a healthy supply of Blue, Red, and Gold Moonflowers and get to work. The first step is to create Peach Moonflowers by crossbreeding Red and Gold Moonflowers. By planting two different colored flowers next to each other, there’s a chance that they will drop new seeds once the flowers wither completely.Do not harvest the flowers, wait for them to die in order to get seeds. For the best chance at attaining Peach flowers, plant the seeds in this order:

NieR Replicant - How to Get Indigo Flowers (20%)
Next, players will need Indigo seeds, which are obtained bycrossbreeding Blue and Gold Moonflowers. Just like before, they will need to be planted in alternating fashion, and since the Gold Moonflowers alter other Moonflowers near them, it is best to follow the same pattern as above (replacing Red with Blue).

NieR Replicant - How to Get Pink Flowers (5%)
At this point, players should have both Peach Moonflowers and Indigo Moonflowers, so now they need towork towards getting Pink Moonflowers. This time, players need to plant Red Moonflowers next to Indigo Moonflowers, keeping in mind that the Red ones alter the Indigo ones and turn them Pink. Follow the same pattern as before.

NieR Replicant - How to Get White Moonflowers (1%)
The final step of this process is to crossbreed flowers to get White Moonflowers. This is done by combining Pink Moonflowers with Peach Moonflowers, but this time the Pink flowers will alter the Peach flowers and turn them White. Planting in this pattern will give players thebest chance possible of getting a White Moonflower.

There are a few things to remember when going through this process. For starters, the chances of a flower successfully crossbreeding are actually rather low. As shown above, both Peach and Indigo Moonflowers have a 20% chance of crossbreeding successfully, but that is drastically reduced for Pink Flowers, which only have a 5% chance of occuring. Finally, White Moonflowers have just a 1% chance of dropping, so players will need to be patient for this to work. Watering plants can help more seeds appear, so players should always water their flowers. Finally, the process can besped up by manipulating the console’s clock, so this is an option for players that don’t want to wait.
