As more things continue to get added toOverwatch 2through its live-service model, one fan has revealed an interesting detail about Pharah’s latest emote. WhenOverwatch 2was released, it replaced the Activision Blizzard hero shooter that came before it, carrying heroes like Pharah into the sequel which continues to expand on the cosmetic offerings from the original.
A Reddit user has garnered over 5,000 upvotes on a post focusing on Pharah and a new emote introduced with Season 3 that has a surprising utility to it. AlthoughOverwatch 2has introduced cosmetics like weapon charms, souvenirs, and name cards to the already extensive library of items, the original title already offered many of the emotes still used today. TheOverwatch 2rotating shopoften features impressive emotes to use for the many heroes, but this Pharah action is locked behind the seasonal battle pass that started on February 7.

Reddit user Drunken_Queen recently shared a briefOverwatch 2clip showing them using the training simulator to emphasize the usefulness of the Justice Reloaded Pharah emote from the Season 3 battle pass. The video begins withOverwatch 2’s Pharahalready having an ultimate ability as she unloads her rocket launcher while remaining airborne with her hover jets. Upon almost emptying her weapon, the Pharah lands on the ground and uses the Justice Reloaded emote to refill the rocket launcher with projectiles to continue fighting the various training bots with.
The Justice Reloaded emote for Pharah begins withtheOverwatch 2heroflipping a switch on her rocket launcher as the final round comically pops out of the weapon. Pharah then grabs a fresh explosive from behind her jetpack and flips it through the air flashily before plugging the new round into the gun which conveniently reloads the entire gun rather than just the single shot. With Pharah acquiring the Justice Reloaded emote at level 49 in the battle pass, players that unlock it may reload in style as Cassidy has already been able to do with Quick Draw.
Given that Drunken_Queen kept one shot in Pharah’s rocket launcher before using theOverwatch 2battle passemote, players may need to have one in their gun before performing the action in the same way. While this emote may take Pharah players a few extra seconds to reload their weapons, thisOverwatch 2cosmetic could be used as a flex after successfully defeating an enemy.
Overwatch 2is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
