Fortunes inPersona 3 Reloadare items that can be used to influence Tartarus' atmosphere. They’re great to use if you want to spawn rare enemies or want to battle stronger Shadows. You can buy them from the Fortune Teller at Club Escapade in the evening once you meet the Social Stat requirement. As you progress throughPersona 3 Reload’s story, you’ll unlock more Fortunes/Modifiers to try out in Tartarus. How to Unlock Club Escapade
you may find the Fortune Teller Services atClub Escapadestarting on4/21. The Club only opensduring the evenings, and you’ll needLevel 2 Courage (Ordinary)to get in. You can raise your Courage early in-game by doing any of the following:
The Fortune Teller is to theright on Club Escapade’s first floor. If you’re just startingP3R, you won’t have many Modifiers to buy. However, as you unlock more features in-game, you’ll unlock more Modifiers.
The cost of a Modifier can be quite pricey for new players. When you first visit, she’ll sell three Modifiers at 3000 yen each.You will unlock more as you progress the story.
If your Social Stats are level 1 or level 2, thenit’s advised to use your money elsewhere, such as Wakatsu or Wilduck.

Increases chances of encountering rare enemies (i.e, Wealth and Treasure Hands) in Tartarus.
Increases spawn rate ofstrong or rare enemies.
Increases the charge rate of the *Theurgy gauge.
- Theurgy is a new gameplay mechanic inPersona 3 Reloadthat you will unlock onJune 13th. As such, this Fortune willnotbe available at the start of the game.
What Fortunes Should You Buy?
When Should You Buy Them?
Rarity Fortunes and Soul Fortunes are the two you may end up buying the most. Gamble Fortunes aren’t bad either, but as their name indicates, you may be taking a risk by using them if you’re under-level. However, they may provide useful if you’re trying to farm specific materials/drop items from Shadows. You alsocan’t stack Fortunes, so you’re confined toone Fortune a day.
You’ll want to purchase Fortunes/Modifiers onthe day you plan on going to Tartarus. The effects won’t carry overnight, so if you purchase one and choose to spend your Evening time doing something else, you’re not going to receive any of its effects. They’re 3000 a piece, so it’s best tonot let that money go to waste.
You’ll need to buy aFortune Modifierfor Elizabeth’s request: “Experimenting with Fortune Telling,” which becomes available on5/10. Completing this task will reward youx3 Speed Incense 1.
