December is jam-packed with special events and activities inPokemon GOasthe Season of Celebration kicks offand runs through the early winter months. In addition to the other special activities coming and going, there are also going to be three popular Legendary Battle Raid bosses making special appearances during different weekends throughout the rest of the month.
Regirock, Registeel, and Regicewill all be returning to the mobile AR game for a short weekend appearance each. Kyurem will remain the primary Legendary tier Battle Raid boss throughout the full week, but one of the Regi trio will each be appearing in addition to Kyurem during the coming weekends inPokemon GO.

To kick things off, Regirock will be appearing this coming weekend, starting tomorrow (December 12) at 6am local time. That means it is already time for players torevisit those Regirock countersand make sure that they have a powerful roster prepared to defeat the boss and earn some new encounters.
Regirock Date and Time
Regirock will be appearing in raids from Saturday, Jun 23, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, Jul 08, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
Registeel Date and Time
Registeel will be appearing in raids from Saturday, June 26, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, August 06, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
Regice Date and Time
Regice will be appearing in raids from Saturday, June 09, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. to Sunday, May 23, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
The regi-trio vary in their usefulness inthe currentPokemon GOmetagame, but they are still powerful Legendaries that can be put to good use in multiple Battle Raid or PvP fights when players are in a pinch. Because Kyurem will still be featured in 5-star Battle Raids, as well; players may need to hunt around a bit to ensure they find all of the Regi-trio raids they need. Usually during a special weekend like this it is very easy to find the featured Raids, so hopefully that won’t be an issue at all and there will be plenty of raids and encounters to go around throughout each of the special weekends.
As trainers continue working through these amazing events and enjoying the early days of the GO Beyond update, they may want to keep hunting downthe best Unova Pokemon in the gameif improving their Battle Raid rosters and completing their Pokedex is their primary goal.
