Since its initial launch back in 2013, thePS4has had an incredibly successful run. With numerous well received first-party titles under its belt, thePS4has a lot to offer longtime PlayStation fans and newcomers alike. Now, one fan has provided a unique way for others to celebrate the console and its game library.

While the PlayStation 4 library may have gotten off to a rocky start, producing farily underwhelming titles such asKnackandKillzone: Shadow Fall, the PS4 has since produced several quality games that have left a strong impact on many who have played them. These titles have now, in a sense, been given a fresh coat of paint, thanks to the work of PlayStation 4 fan in particular.

A Reddit user named Viney has created custom, printable pieces of box art for a number of first-party PS4 exclusives, all of which are uniquely different from the official game covers for each respective title. The sheer amount of covers really goes to show just how many amazing console exclusive games released on the PS4 over the last several years, many of which began their series debut on the PS4. Take, for example, games likeDeath Stranding, Horizon Zero Dawn,andGhost of Tsushima, three new intellectual properties that made their first appearance on the PS4 and have since entered into the PlayStation lexicon as it were.

In fact, there are plenty of other excellent first-party, console exclusive titles the user missed in terms of cover art, like often overlooked games likeUntil DawnandDreamsthat are only available for the PS4 that have cultivated many fans over the years. In any case, these covers are very well done.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for thePS4in the years to come. While it was confirmed thatsupport for the PS4 will likely continue through 2022, if history is any guide, the console will start to become irrelevant as the years go by. In the meantime, there have been plenty of next-gen games likeSolar AshandGod of War Ragnarokthat will be receiving cross-platform support to help keep the PS4 alive a little longer.
