Although she is standing at the bottom of this list with a Pace rating of 93, she has a much higher Overall rating than most of the players on the list. She delivers a complete package of top-notch pace, shooting, dribbling, and even physics.
The only downside for Smith is that she is playing in the United States women’s league, which makes her the best candidate for the squads based on NWSL. This will force Sophia Smith to have zero Chemistry with a European squad unless the player matches her with another US player in a European League.
The good news is Smith has an even higher pace rating inEA Sports FC 25.

The best things to accompany a good pace in players are high-level Shooting and Dribbling stats. Rafa might not be ideal in the former, but he is still among the best players of Liga Portugal in dribbling. In fact, Rafa is the fastest dribbler in the Portuguese league, and that makes him a better choice over his teammate, Di Maria, if pacing is the top priority.
Moreover, Rafa is a Portuguese player, which allows him to have an even better level of chemistry with a Portuguese squad. That being said, Rafa is not a tall central forward, and for those planning on aerial attacks, he might not be a good candidate.

The base version of Leao in Ultimate Team comes with a Pace rating of 93 and a good Physical rating of 76, which makes him both fast and strong in pushing through the defense line without losing the ball so easily. The Shoot rating, however, is stuck at 80, which might not satisfy some players at high levels.

Players will be more than happy to have this player on their team. He does a great job of moving the ball forward into dangerous locations to bolster the attack. At 23 years old, there’s still a lot of room for this player to improve and become a top-tier soccer player who can take over and lead his team’s offense.
