The Sims 4allows players to choose aspirations for their Sims. These aspirations are essentially lifelong goals that the Sims will work toward achieving. There are many different categories to choose from for Sims aged teen and older and a separate category specifically for children. Within many of these categories aredifferent types of aspirationsto choose from.

Once players establish which aspiration they want to work on, they’ll have milestones to complete. While it seems straightforward enough, not all aspirations inThe Sims 4are easy to complete. Some can be quite a headache and take a lot of time and effort to make it through each milestone. These are the hardest aspirations to complete.
5Musical Genius
One of the most challenging aspirations to complete is Musical Genius and this is due to the sheer amount of time it takes to finish each milestone. This aspiration is more for the players with a lot of patience. They’ll have four milestones to complete with varying levels of effort required.
With requirements such as writing multiple songs and reaching levels 4 and 6 in any instrument, it will take a significant amount of Sim time to complete. The final milestone involves a whopping 75 hours of playing instruments.
4Successful Lineage
The Successful Lineage aspiration starts off easily enough by requiring the player’s Sim to become an adult and spend 1,000 Simoleons on kids' stuff. By the time the third milestone comes around, it starts to get more complicated. Whilehelping the child with their homeworkis straightforward, getting them to max out a skill can be a bit challenging.

The fourth milestone is where it’s at. In this final phase of the aspiration, players will need to mentor their child three times, which means they need to havemastered at least one skillthat they can use for this situation. Then, the child must complete an aspiration. Luckily, childhood aspirations are much easier to complete than adult ones. The final part of this milestone is having the child or grandchild reach thetop level of a career. This is where the Successful Lineage aspiration takes the most time because players will have to wait until their child is old enough to begin a career.
3Grilled Cheese
At first glance, the Grilled Cheese aspiration doesn’t seem too difficult. However, as players get further into it, the challenge makes itself clear. This aspiration needs to be unlocked, but this is also straightforward. Players will need to cook three single servings of grilled cheese and eat them one right after the other. The second milestone presents a slight challenge with the need to produce grilled cheese with excellent quality. However, this can be achieved by players getting their Sim Inspired and reaching at least level 4 cooking.
The third and final milestone is where the true challenge of this aspiration lies. First, players will need to have their Sim eat a grilled cheese in space. Unfortunately, to do this, they must build a rocket, which takes time. However, as a bonus, they’ll earn levels in the skill Rocket Science. The part of this milestone players may have the most difficult time with is talking to the Grim Reaper about grilled cheese. Someone must die for this character to appear. Once the Grim Reaper has appeared one time, he will appear randomly in various locations, such as the clubs. Waiting for someone to die ororchestrating a deathis the tricky part of getting the Grim Reaper to show up to complete this aspiration.
2Party Animal
The Party Animal aspiration can be a bit challenging because of all the social events that have to be held to complete it. In addition, several of them need silver or higher rankings. Many players become frustrated with this aspiration because of the need to havesuccessful social events.
Another challenging part of this aspiration is being invited to other Sims' social events. The third and fourth milestones require players to attend multiple different social gatherings. It’s a lot easier to get invites when their Sims have a lot of friends. When they’re Outgoing, making friends is significantly easier, allowing this part of the milestone to be completed much faster.
1Public Enemy
While the game is generally positive, the Public Enemy aspiration takes it to another level entirely, bringing out the devious side of things. Players will have to be mischievous, mean, and relatively evil to complete this aspiration. It requires turning other Sims against them to start. Then as they move on through the milestones, they’ll have to advance through the Criminal Career, which is the most time-consuming part of the aspiration.

Multiple Sims will need to become declared enemies and several fights will need to happen. Finally, players will need their Sim to be in the room with someone when they die and the Grim Reaper arrives for them. This can be achieved either by waiting for an old Sim to die or bykilling the Sim themselves. This part of the aspiration combined with the career advancement make it one of the most challenging ones to complete in the game.
